Yoga Stretches Pre-Workout

After doing a yoga class with me, my son mentioned that he wanted to start doing some yoga stretching prior to working out at the gym. I created the below video for him and am happy to share (yes, it’s a little rough..) with anyone who may find it helpful. Many of my male yoga clients work out hard at the gym and forget about the warming up part. Yoga stretching prior to workout can lessen the chance of injury, improves flexibility and feels good!
