Men can benefit from Coaching

I’ve been doing a lot of coaching with men lately.  Here’s what I’ve noticed.  They are over-worked, anxious, under pressure and struggling with life-work balance.  They want to create meaningful changes in their life with more connection and intimacy with their partners but they’re not sure how.

My male clients carry a lot of weight on their shoulders.  They don’t want to burden their partners and don’t feel comfortable opening up to their sports buddies. They’re tasked at work or in their own business managing teams, meeting deadlines, trying to keep the boss and/or clients satisfied.

Despite success or having “checked all the boxes” they often feel like something is missing.  They may be surrounded by people and engaging in conversation, but feel disconnected.  Often their careers leave them burnt out and lacking energy to enjoy their lives.

But I have a secret. I know how to help.  Coaching works.

I know it’s a relief for my clients to talk to a non-judgmental person where they can express themselves. Where no topic is taboo- politics, work, sex, family relationships, heartaches, wins, losses, fears and challenges.  A place to set new personal goals or shed old beliefs. A safe space where they can actually talk about their emotions and learn how to be okay feeling them.

But it’s not all about talking and listening.  I show my clients how they can become the “Boss of their Brain”. How slowing down their thoughts, creating greater awareness and intentionally choosing how they want to think or act can generate the feelings they’re looking for.  Less stress, more connection, intimacy, and overall well-being.

Could your husband, partner, or male friend benefit from easing stress and feeling more connection? Have them contact me for a Complimentary Session.
